Two TVs and two scooters

Hello, I hope you're well. I have two TVs, one Samsung and one LG. And two electric scooters. Regarding the Samsung TV, it works perfectly with no issues, but it doesn't come with a stand or remote control. The LG TV turns on and off by itself instantly. The screen is clean with no cracks or damage. I think the issue is with the sound. It comes with a wall mount stand, but no remote control. As for the scooters, they all work, but none come with a charger. The scooter shops have 36-volt chargers available. On the black scooter, the light is broken, as shown in the picture.
