We’re seeking a Providers & Network Specialist to help manage and expand our network of garages and service centers, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality. Identify and onboard new service providers that meet quality and operational standards. Maintain relationships with existing garages and service centers across the kingdom. Monitor service provider compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs. Track service performance and resolve operational issues or complaints. Support negotiations and renewals of provider agreements. Conduct periodic evaluations and field visits to assess provider quality. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth claims and service workflows. Requirements Experience in provider or network management within insurance is a plus Strong negotiation and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple provider relationships Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
