Scope of Work – Innovation Professional Company Scope of Work – Contracting Model: EPC O&M (Engineering – Procurement – Construction – Operation & Maintenance): 1. Commercial Refrigerators and Freezers (Walk-in Freezer & Chiller) Our services include installation, routine maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and freezing rooms, through: Installation of commercial and industrial refrigeration and freezing rooms. Fault diagnosis and repair of refrigeration system components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves). Leak detection, refrigerant charging, and performance adjustment. Electrical panel inspection, defrost system check, and sensor calibration. Implementation of preventive maintenance to ensure temperature stability, operational efficiency, and reduced breakdowns. 2. Central Chilled Water System (Chillers) Chillers – a central cooling system used in large buildings, hotels, and hospitals to extract heat from water and distribute chilled water to air conditioning units for indoor space cooling. Scope of work includes: Operation parameter inspection, refrigerant pressure measurement, and superheat/subcooling assessment. Cleaning of condensers, filters, and heat exchangers. Compressor oil level and quality inspection, vibration analysis, and motor checks. Tightening of electrical connections and inspection of control circuits. Verification of safety sensor operation and control systems. Execution of periodic preventive maintenance to ensure efficiency and reduce energy consumption. 3. Air Duct and HVAC System Cleaning (per NADCA ACR 2021 and ASHRAE 62.1) The company provides air system cleaning services in accordance with international standards, including: Mechanical cleaning and high-capacity vacuuming of supply and return air ducts. Cleaning of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), fans, cooling coils, and drain pans. Removal of dust, contaminants, and odor-causing microorganisms. Use of certified disinfectants where required. Provision of before-and-after cleaning reports supported by photographs.
