The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in managing and working in Governmental projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and navigating challenges in a dynamic environment. Manage and motivate a team of pickers, setting clear goals and expectations. Conduct shift planning, task allocation, and productivity management.
