Creality Hi Combo CFS color unit with 3D printer

Hello and peace be upon you, mercy of Allah and His blessings I have a brand new 3D printer from Creality company with CFS unit and four spools, approximately 1kg, almost new, used less than 10 percent, bought three months ago from a printing store, comes with all accessories and original box, only printed 3 prints so far, there is a minor issue which is clogging in the extruder. I'm a busy person with many works and don't understand much about it. The factory warranty is valid, I swear to God what I say is true, I bought it for 2899, contact me and give me your price.
