The machine is large, 12 kg capacity, used but currently not working. It suddenly stopped pumping water in or out, and the spin function does not work—only makes noise. It requires repair, reprogramming, or part replacement. It has not been inspected by a maintenance technician yet. The water pump (for draining) was previously replaced.
