Cobra Bike Size 24 Brand New

Hello everyone, how are you doing? I have here a very clean Cobra bike, size 24, used for one year and nine months approximately. It has spent most of the time in storage. The only issue is shown in the last picture: the tire valve needs replacement, and the tires are worn out. I also have a brand new pedal set—if anyone wants it, let me know and I'll contact you.
