Lumina 2004 inspection and new form

Lumina LS I am the second owner; the first owner was my neighbor and used it for personal use. Engine, gearbox, and differential are agency tightened. Cold air conditioning; the compressor has been replaced with an original used one. Regular maintenance on consumable parts has been done, and a new set of tires was installed months ago. The mileage is over 300,000, but the odometer reading is unclear on the electronic dashboard screen. The car is used daily. There is a scratch on the front right fender that has been repaired at the workshop. The entire car has been repainted due to fading, in order to pass the periodic inspection. The car comes with two keys. Notes: 1. The keys have been fixed by adding a copper wire instead of the missing part; see pictures. 2. When turning on the air conditioner, the engine slightly strains. 3. All windows and glass are agency tightened and functioning except for the left rear window, which needs an internal door arm. The arm has been purchased from a salvage yard but not yet installed. 4. The interior trim has some cracks as shown in the pictures. 5. The original radio has been replaced with an electronic screen. The original radio unit is included with the car in the trunk. 6. The car's odometer reading is unclear due to electronic cells; I don't know if it can be repaired. The price is negotiable, and sale is permitted, God willing.
