I have two solar panels for a caravan, one with broken glass and the other intact

I have two solar panels for a caravan; one has broken glass and the other is intact. Both are functional and mounted on a frame. I also have a rear DOUG charger, a cover, and a gasoline-powered insect fogger. The fogger was previously used in a camp, I took it and stored it. It's been four years since the fogger last operated, as far as I know, it hasn't been used and remains stored on the frame.
