Very lightly used scooter, almost new, has an issue with the rear tire

Very clean scooter, used only two or three times since purchase. Its new price is 1499 from Spacetoon, selling for 800, worth it but urgent sale. The rear tire has a minor issue, named and left it, the tire issue is simple, I'm sure
