The Job in a Nutshell💡 As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations , ensuring that goods move smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively from point A to point B. Manage shipment data, generate reports, and track performance against key logistics KPIs. Ensure all logistics-related SLAs are met for each partner, and escalate critical issues when needed. Support onboarding of new merchants from a logistics perspective, ensuring a smooth go-live process. Collaborate with tech and product teams to suggest improvements to logistics tools and workflows. Maintain strong communication with E-commerce clients to align on logistics needs and resolve any escalations. Requirements What Are We Looking For❓ We're looking for a detail-oriented, solution-driven Logistics Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You should have a solid understanding of logistics operations , especially last-mile delivery , and a passion for serving E-commerce businesses with precision and urgency. 2+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile operations, or supply chain (E-commerce experience is a big plus).
