Requirements Requirements: Law degree (JD or equivalent) with a specialization in regulatory law or compliance. Proven experience as a legal expert or regulatory compliance officer, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal standards relevant to the industry. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.).
