Portable Gaming Device

Description

I have a portable gaming device; I own two units—one is brand new, and the other one I tried but couldn't figure out how to connect it to the TV. I plugged in a cable labeled 'AV port' into the device, but the screen turns off when connected. As for the device itself, it is fully functional and works perfectly; however, I don't think the TV can be connected to it.
