Monitor project status by performing a daily follow-up with the teams, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables. Create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate the transition to new processes, systems, or solutions. Requirements The ability to understand problems and find solutions.
