Responsibilities • Monitor and manage daily IT security operations of the Managed Service Provider (MSP). • Oversee Service Requests (SRs), Change Requests (CRs), and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Ensure tasks are completed on time with accurate reporting. • Track and verify vulnerabilities reported within MSP-managed security controls. • Work with the MSP to prioritize fixes and ensure adherence to the organization’s security policies. • Review and validate MSP-generated reports, including Weekly Reports, Health Check Reports, and Active Incidents/Requests/Change Requests Reports. • Confirm accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. • Offer insights and suggestions to improve the organization’s security posture. • Ensure rapid resolution and thorough documentation of root cause analyses. • Partner with internal teams and the MSP to align on security strategies. • Communicate risks and implement preventive measures. • Identify ways to improve MSP processes, tools, and security controls. • Enhance the organization’s overall security Operation. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
