Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in the development of a transformative entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Manager for Interior Design specializing in Residential projects. This pivotal role will focus on creating exceptional living environments that harmonize functionality, aesthetics, and comfort within our residential developments. As the Manager for Data Analyst, you will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts to support strategic decision-making across the residential development portfolio. Your ability to build structured data environments, apply analytical models, and extract meaningful insights will be key to optimizing design, planning, and delivery strategies. This role blends technical expertise with a strong understanding of the residential sector to ensure data accuracy, usability, and impact across all stages of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Collecting and scraping data online from websites, databases, and government platforms. Organizing and cleaning data gathered online, from internal presentations, reports, and team members. Develop and maintain structured, accurate, and detailed information databases for ongoing use. Create graphs, dashboards, and charts using large data sets to support internal presentations and strategic discussions. Support the development of a long-term data strategy, including data structuring, storage, and access recommendations. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and patterns. Collaborate with team members to define data needs and reporting requirements. Summarize findings and provide clear data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different reporting tools and platforms. Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes where applicable. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in data analysis, demonstrating a strong track record of managing complex datasets, developing analytical models, and delivering actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data models, and complex formulas. Strong knowledge of Python and/or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation. Skilled in data visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Proven experience working with large data sets, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
