SAP HCM Consultant - Immediate Hiring

Müller's Solutions is looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective EPM strategies, and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle EPM solutions including Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting modules. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients understand the features and benefits of EPM solutions. Support data integration between Oracle EPM and other systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support after deployment to ensure optimal functionality. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented EPM solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle EPM to provide innovative solutions. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle EPM solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service (EPMCS). Experience in implementing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Proficiency in data integration tools and techniques related to Oracle EPM. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
