Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and presentable. Handle administrative tasks including guest check-in/check-out procedures and billing. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role within hospitality is preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
