Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across various projects. Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for improvement. Engage with project teams to provide guidance on sustainable materials selection, energy efficiency, and waste management strategies. Monitor sustainability performance against set metrics and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. Develop training and awareness programs to promote sustainability practices among employees and contractors. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management. Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills and experience in data collection and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sustainability-related software tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of area development, ensuring that all designs align with the overall theme park vision and meet international standards for safety, functionality, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development and implementation of area designs, ensuring they align with thematic elements and operational efficiency. Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to create cohesive layouts and immersive environments. Evaluate design packages and provide feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules, ensuring timely delivery of area development tasks.
