Requirements • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing strategic business advice that addresses key challenges and proposes optimal solutions aligned with client goals and best practices. • Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, developing and presenting customized strategies that support long-term objectives. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within Saudi Arabia, driving growth through market insights and leading proposal preparation to align with client needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and industry leaders, to enhance business development and strategic partnerships. • Mentor junior consultants and conduct performance reviews, providing feedback for career development and fostering the next generation of consulting talent. • Develop business cases that justify investments and conduct feasibility studies, analyzing financial, technical, and operational aspects. • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to measure strategic success and prepare performance reports for senior leadership. • Act as a key team player, fostering communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and project success, while sharing knowledge and best practices with other leaders. • Enhance business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality. Qualifications • Minimum of 7 years in Business Consulting or Management Consulting. • Proven track record of experience in managing and working on Governmental projects. • 5+ years of project management experience. • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. • Strong proficiency in consulting frameworks, methodologies, and tools. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or any related field. • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

- Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in the execution of the overarching entertainment asset class strategies to ensure achievement of portfolio and assets’ ambition, vision and objectives. - Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s entertainment offering and financials targets. - Develop project documentation for distribution including, but not limited to; Request for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, various matrices, etc. - Collaborate with consultants, IP licensors (where relevant) and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations provided are in line with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives and business expectations. - Lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centers, etc.) and/or strategic topics to support robust and sound decision making. - Provide input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and provide implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya. - Lead research and execute detailed business plans and feasibility assessments of new/existing entertainment assets including Market Assessments, Visitation Estimation and Financial Forecasting. - Prepare and present presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals and adequate presentation of design and other content related to entertainment assets. JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Technical Senior Specialist in Area Development to play a critical role in the planning and execution of theme park projects. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of area development, ensuring that all designs align with the overall theme park vision and meet international standards for safety, functionality, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development and implementation of area designs, ensuring they align with thematic elements and operational efficiency. Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to create cohesive layouts and immersive environments. Evaluate design packages and provide feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules, ensuring timely delivery of area development tasks. Act as the technical liaison between various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in area development or technical project management in the theme park or entertainment sector. Proven experience in large-scale landscape design and area planning projects. Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience collaborating with diverse teams. Establish a framework and methodology for completing contingency plans by internal business units. Drive and deliver Business Continuity commitment, support, ownership, accountability, and results. Design, build, and implement standard Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, and other Business Continuity tools and capabilities. Collaborate with business units in assessing potential business impacts, defining critical, time-sensitive processes, and analyzing required components as defined within the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) standard. Facilitate the development and ongoing review and revision of guides and plans for business continuity within the Risk Management tool in conjunction with the business units. Lead business continuity plan exercises, ensuring all technical components of the Business Continuity plans are successfully tested, at least annually or whenever significant changes are made to the plan’s components. Ensure that all BC plans are updated to reflect the current operating environment.
