The Manager - Asset Management plays a crucial role in overseeing the effective management of the Qiddiya asset portfolio. This position is integral to ensuring that all assets within the portfolio are performing optimally and aligned with the strategic objectives of the company. Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of the Asset Management strategy for the portfolio of assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and goals. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends of assets to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with various teams including Development, Operations, and Finance to ensure comprehensive management of the asset portfolio. - Support the negotiation and administration of contracts with operators and service providers. - Conduct regular asset performance reviews and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement across the portfolio. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for assets. - Engage in risk assessment and management processes related to asset performance. - Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of Asset Management practices. Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. - Experience in Asset Management or operational roles within the hospitality or real estate sector. Years of Experience: - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Asset Management or related fields. - Familiarity with financial analysis, market research, and project management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software.
