As an HR Generalist, your key role is to provide HR support to the team and across the business units. In this role, you will: Onboarding & New Joiner Supporting HRE with paperwork for new hires, inc. contractual, banking, medical insurance Coordination & Administration of training workshops which fall part of the onboarding program Manage the full visa cycle for new hires, using platforms and portals relative to the business units Coordinate the relocation of new hires into the country Maintenance and administration of BambooHr People Relationships Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and help resolve work-related problems Provide current employees with information about policies, job duties, salaries, benefits, etc Provide HR representation, support and guidance during the PIP cycle and performance management issues, including disciplinary or information job chats/continuous conversations Support focus groups across the organisation, implementation agenda and recommending feedback and improvements Offboarding Support & coordinate with PRO to cancel / transfer visas and clear immigration list Conduct exit interviews, prepare final settlement as per the Saudi labour law As and when required, represent Bayut at Saudi labour regarding disputes Reporting & SLA’s Provide 24/48 hours response time, not limited to, paperwork production including salary certificates, PIP paperwork & performance paperwork Provide monthly reports to HRM, visa headcount, quota etc Maintenance and completion of internal HRMS. Requirements Graduate Degree of diploma in HR or related fields 3 – 5 years of experience in HR function Administrative/visa experience in medium to large company with knowledge of HR systems and processes Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of the KSA immigration laws Exceptional timekeeping and planning skills Highly proficient in spoken and written English Strong communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally Excellent coordination and organisation skills Benefits High-performing and fast-paced work environment.
