Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager - Operational Readiness to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring that all operations are prepared for the launch of projects and facilities within the entertainment and leisure sector. You will lead efforts to develop, implement, and refine operational strategies that drive efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience at Qiddiya. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational readiness plans for new projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of Qiddiya. Collaboration: Work closely with project management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to validate that operational requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Readiness Assessments: Conduct comprehensive operational readiness assessments to identify potential gaps and areas of improvement prior to project launch. Training & Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure all staff are equipped to deliver exceptional guest services and operate facilities effectively. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate operational readiness and effectiveness, continuously monitoring and reporting outcomes to stakeholders. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them prior to project execution. Guest Experience Focus: Ensure that all operational readiness efforts enhance the overall guest experience and align with Qiddiya’s vision for outstanding entertainment and leisure offerings. Requirements ·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related fields; Master's degree preferred. ·       A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operational management or readiness roles, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project sectors. ·       Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that improve service delivery and operational efficiencies. ·       Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives. ·       Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels. ·       Experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance team capabilities. ·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. ·       Familiarity with the local cultural, business landscape, and regulatory requirements within Saudi Arabia is preferred.
