BlackStone eIT is seeking a visionary Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve our revenue targets. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the software market, and a proven track record in sales management. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the software or technology industry. Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the software sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. High level of business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Job Title: AI Presales Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia   Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AI Presales Manager to support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the technical expert in sales engagements, helping position the right AI solutions for clients, addressing technical queries, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals. This role also involves managing the bidding team to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of both technical and financial proposals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives. Recommend and position the most suitable AI solutions (e.g., computer vision, LLMs, speech-to-text) based on client needs. Lead technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts to clients. Address all client technical questions and concerns during the presales process. Solution Design & Proposal Support: Translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate the value proposition clearly.
