About the role We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in the Saudi Arabian West Region, driving B2B growth, partnerships, and fleet deals. Job Purpose. The Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in scaling invygo’s presence in Saudi Arabia through strategic partnerships, corporate sales, and market penetration. This role focuses on building and nurturing long-term relationships with partners while achieving measurable growth in B2B revenue, fleet size, and market share. Partnership Strategy and Execution Collaborate with leadership to define the partnership strategy for Saudi Arabia with a focus on B2B, fleet deals, and GIG economy partnerships. Identify, engage, and close deals with potential partners in the automotive, corporate, and fleet sectors to expand invygo’s offerings. Foster and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success. Market Growth and Business Development Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan targeting untapped corporate sectors and high-growth industries. Build a robust pipeline of B2B partnerships and ensure consistent revenue generation through corporate deals. Expand invygo’s vehicle fleet by collaborating with suppliers and dealers, ensuring increased availability and diversity of vehicles. Team Management and Collaboration Hire, train, and lead a team of partnership executives to achieve defined KPIs. Work closely with the product team to develop customized B2B solutions, addressing market-specific needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver exceptional partner experiences. Performance Tracking and Optimization Track partnership performance using measurable KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, identify new opportunities, and mitigate risks. Represent invygo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and secure new leads. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieve monthly B2B revenue targets by closing partnerships with corporate clients and fleet operators. Increase the available fleet by 20% within 12 months through partnerships with dealers and suppliers. Acquire at least 5 major corporate accounts within the first six months, contributing to consistent revenue streams. Maintain a 90% partner retention rate, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth. Expand invygo’s presence by securing partnerships in 3 new untapped industries or sectors within 12 months. Reduce the partnership deal cycle by 15% through streamlined processes and improved communication. Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the automotive or mobility sector. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive, fleet leasing, or subscription landscape. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic, with deep knowledge of the Saudi market.
