Job Title: Telecaller – Software Sales Outreach (Onsite, Riyadh) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Indian (with own visa & residency in Riyadh) Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) Telecaller to engage in outbound calls for software solutions outreach, including ERP, SaaS platforms (Odoo, Zoho etc. ), and custom mobile/web apps. The candidate should possess basic knowledge of these solutions to confidently initiate conversations and qualify leads for presales & technical demos. Key Responsibilities: Cold call and follow up with potential clients to generate qualified leads. Build rapport with C-level executives (IT Managers, Directors, Business Owners). Explain software solutions at a high level to warm up prospects. Schedule product demos for the presales team. Maintain accurate call records and lead status. Collaborate with other teams to optimize outreach efforts. Requirements: Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic (verbal & written). Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, and business software solutions. Excellent communication, professionalism, and patience in cold calling. Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
