As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company. In this role, you will: Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans Lead employment branding initiatives Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience Assist in employee retention and development Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Requirements BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field 5-7+ years of post-qualification experience; Experience in sourcing positions in the online classifieds or e-commerce sector Tech recruitment knowledge is preferred Proven analytical capabilities to report on and interpret data related to searches with a view to improving sourcing techniques Tech recruitment knowledge is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic  Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Reporting skills  Good oral and written communication skills Excellent coordination and organization skills Ability to prioritize work requirements Strong internet research and social media recruitment skills Benefits High-performing and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
