Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Development Manager - Back of House, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the operational backbone of our revolutionary theme park. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the back-of-house infrastructure and facilities necessary for the seamless operation of the park, ensuring that all behind-the-scenes areas are efficient, functional, and aligned with our overarching vision. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of back-of-house facilities, including administrative areas, maintenance shops, employee services, and logistical support spaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, and construction, to ensure the design meets operational needs and safety standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations effectively to deliver high-quality results on schedule. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate space requirements and operational efficiency. Work with contractors and consultants to ensure the execution aligns with design specifications and industry best practices. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support operational readiness and alignment with park goals. Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to senior management and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration. Mentor staff and promote a culture of excellence within the development team. Stay updated on trends and innovations in theme park operations and infrastructure management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in development project management, preferably in theme parks or large-scale entertainment facilities. Proven track record in back-of-house operations, logistical management, or facility development. Familiarity with the standards and regulations associated with theme park and entertainment facility design. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Capability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and experienced Road Safety Strategy and Planning Manager to enhance the safety and operational efficiency of our transportation networks. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive road safety strategies that align with Qiddiya's commitment to creating a safe and sustainable environment for all visitors and residents. Your expertise will play a critical role in analyzing current road conditions, identifying hazards, and proposing effective safety measures to minimize risks and promote safe driving practices. You will work across multiple departments and engage with stakeholders to ensure that road safety is integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Support Roads projects assigned by development Support Parking projects assigned by development, (e.g., park & ride, temporary parking, parking structure) Manage all internal and external governance (including any authority or government agency) interactions including (but not limited to) those required for approvals, stakeholder interaction etc. Manage all activities required to undertake your responsibilities, including (but not limited to) consultant procurement, management and contract management, committee presentations, gateway approvals etc. Manage preparations for opening and operational readiness scenarios specific to transport modes Manage the preparation of impact assessments as a result of changes or other factors, including the impacts on cost, time and quality.
