SWATX is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Development Specialist who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and strategies. In this role, you will focus on developing advanced analytics solutions using various techniques and methodologies to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize analytics processes and tools, ensuring they align with SWATX’s strategic goals. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and enhancement of analytics solutions, including predictive modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into functional specifications for analytics solutions. • Design and build data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure the availability of accurate and timely data for analysis. • Develop dashboards and visualization solutions to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets. • Implement best practices in data management and analytics methodologies to maintain data integrity and quality. • Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, providing recommendations for tools and improvements. • Mentor and guide junior team members in analytics techniques and tool usage. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in data analytics development or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse solutions. • Strong skills in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex information clearly. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering. • Experience in cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
