Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's hardware and software systems Configure and update software applications, employee devices, servers, databases, and other IT infrastructure Identify technology needs and make recommendations to business decision-makers Evaluate company adherence to local government technology requirements for security Oversee all technology operations including network security Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management Analyze the technology needs of different departments within the company Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management Control budget and report on expenditure Build relationships with vendors and create cost-efficient contracts Requirements Prior experience in IT sector, bachelor's degree in computer or relevant field, advanced knowledge of IT and applications, strong computer skills (advanced in Microsoft Office tools), fluency in English and Arabic, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
