SWATX is actively seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong technical background in OpenStack and OpenShift to lead and manage cutting-edge cloud infrastructure projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift environments, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Key Requirements: Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience working with Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift technologies. Project Management Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager handling cloud-based or IT infrastructure projects. Certifications (Mandatory): PMP (Project Management Professional) Certified Agile Certification (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) Additional Certifications: Any other relevant certifications should be mentioned in the CV. Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects involving Red Hat OpenStack & OpenShift implementation and operations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Oversee cloud infrastructure deployments and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between technical and business units. Apply Agile methodologies to optimize project execution and adaptability. Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
