The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional consulting skills to deliver tailored cloud solutions to our clients. Role and Responsibilities Design, implement, operate, manage and optimize cloud solutions Configure and deploy cloud resources, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct cloud assessments, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs. Implement best practices for cloud operations, governance, and compliance. Deliver technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in OCI, GCP, and other hyper-scaler platforms. Qualifications and Education Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on one of the hyperscalers (OCI – OCVS - GCP) Excellent troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to act quickly. Good understanding of Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes. Demonstrates the highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and best practices. ITIL Certified. Solid understanding of cloud practice for backup and DR deployments. Proven track of successful deployments and managed services. This role might require working outside of business hours and during weekends and travel outside of Egypt for a prolonged period of time Preferred banking experience

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Governance Specialist to support the definition, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM principles and governance standards, particularly within enterprise or government environments. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT and business/industry environments. Strong background in defining, designing, deploying, and managing ITSM processes. Experience in service lifecycle management and IT governance implementation. Competencies & Skills: Expert-level understanding of ITSM principles (e.g., ITIL). Strong grasp of enterprise IT technologies and their governance implications. Proven experience operationalizing ITSM standards and governance frameworks. Familiarity with local and international IT governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Oracle HCM EBS Techno-Functional Consultant, with over 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and related functionalities. The role requires a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM, along with the ability to work closely with business users to implement, support, and enhance Oracle EBS HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM EBS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Payroll, etc.). Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, SQL, and PL/SQL. Develop and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll and benefits processing. Perform root cause analysis and resolve production support issues. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide system solutions. Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and enhancements. Develop and execute test cases for system changes. Provide end-user training and documentation. Requirements Over 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM EBS Techno-Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in Oracle HRMS, Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OLM, and SSHR modules. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher. Knowledge of Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations. Experience in troubleshooting and providing production support. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and configurations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
