Manage hiring, training, and development of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to enhance dining experiences. Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure high-quality food and service delivery. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field is a plus.
