Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to improve hiring efficiency. Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on ATS use and mass hiring. Proven fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
