Job Purpose: To provide specialized diagnostic imaging services, focusing on X-ray procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. The radiology Specialist will perform advanced imaging procedures, oversee patient care, and support the overall diagnostic process across various settings, including Primary Care centers, and Home Health Care. Scope of Work 1.     Primary Care Center. 2.     Home Health Care. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care: -      Perform advanced diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.  -      Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal use of imaging equipment. -      Supervise and manage patients' safety and comfort during imaging procedures.  -      Provide continuity of care by coordinating follow-up imaging or additional diagnostic interventions as required.  -      Maintain and ensure the calibration and functionality of X-ray equipment to meet operational and safety standards. Patient Education and Support: -      Educate patients and families about the X-ray process, including preparation, procedure steps, and aftercare instructions.  Coordination and Collaboration: -      Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.  -      Coordinate with the teleradiology team for sharing images and diagnostic results efficiently.  -      Act as a liaison between radiology and other medical departments for complex cases requiring specialized imaging.
