Supervisor - Civil

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in the civil engineering industry, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world, contributing to the transformation of infrastructure and society in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Lead the commercial team and oversee the budgeting and cost management functions of multiple projects Monitor and evaluate project financial performance, providing accurate forecasts and reports to senior management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize profit margins Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to minimize financial and contractual risks Manage claims and disputes, including preparing documentation, coordinating with legal teams, and representing the company in negotiations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum 15 years' proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the civil engineering industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery Extensive knowledge of contract management, including experience with FIDIC contracts In-depth understanding of project finance and ability to analyze and interpret financial data Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
