Prepare English IEPS and School Assessments. Run English intervention sessions Assess children through pre and post tests. Use of CBM assessment to measure students’ progress. Fill out case-study forms (include weaknesses and strength and clear recommended programs for child). Ability to give appropriate feedback to parents in pre and post testing meetings. Provide one-on-one intervention effectively and efficiently while maintaining rapport and connectedness with students. Data analysis: Look at parent/student/trainer feedback- trainer flow sheets/progress test results. Reach progress target of at least 2 total year gains for every child. Provide recommendations to parents on a daily basis on the communication book and invite parents to observe sessions at the center. Ensure student’s folder is kept organized and updated, by ensuring data sheets and evaluations inside the book. Abide by all CARF standards Use of technology (Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, One drive, Zoom, etc..) Abide by all instructions and guidelines issued by the employer that are in the best interests of the center and its policies as dictated by the employer alone.

Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
