Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing strong relationships Understand clients' business objectives and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals Lead a team of account managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support Collaborate with internal teams (such as creative, marketing, and event management) to execute strategies and campaigns effectively Conduct market research and identify trends to develop innovative marketing solutions Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated resources Provide regular reports and updates to clients on performance and KPIs Generate sales for client accounts Create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow Meet deadlines and project budgets Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate events and provide support and direction Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customers Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role in the marketing and advertising industry In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Familiarity with event management and execution processes Proficient in using project management tools and software

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3.
