As the Director of Road Design at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable road infrastructure projects that support the company's vision of creating a world-class entertainment and cultural destination. Key Responsibilities Lead (at Project level) the provision of Transport data to Transport projects to inform system design. Lead (at Project level) the phasing plan and measurement against capacity of networks to inform when roads and transport systems need to be activated to meet development phasing. Lead Roads projects assigned by development. Lead Parking projects assigned by development, (e.g., park & ride, temporary parking, parking structure) Lead (at Project level) engagement with key stakeholders to ensure integration with regional mobility. Lead (at Project level) the informing and testing of development controls via Traffic Impact Studies at district, asset or precinct level. Lead all internal and external governance (including any authority or government agency) interactions including (but not limited to) those required for approvals, stakeholder interaction etc. Lead all activities required to undertake your responsibilities, including (but not limited to) consultant procurement, management and contract management, committee presentations, gateway approvals etc. Lead preparations for opening and operational readiness scenarios specific to transport modes.
