EOI | Senior Project Manager: Design Management - Giga Program

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking expression of interest for experienced Senior Project Managers to lead Design Management on a giga program. This position is part of our exciting first of its kind project, where we aim to deliver world-class design and development projects that support the ambitious goals of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. As a Senior Project Manager for Design Management, you will play a critical role in overseeing the design process, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing design budgets, schedules, and quality control, while fostering collaboration and driving innovation in the design process. Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process for multiple projects within the Giga Program. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project design budgets and schedules. Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the design process. Manage design changes and provide timely communication to stakeholders. Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases. Ensure compliance with design codes, regulations, and best practices. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the design process and drive innovation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. At least 15 years proven experience as a Project Manager in design management. Experience in managing design processes for large-scale projects. Preference will be given to candidates with infrastructure, theme park or hotels experience. Strong knowledge of design principles, codes, and regulations. Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of BIM and other design software is a plus.
