Business Development Manager - (Mining Sector)

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Technical Senior Specialist in Area Development to play a critical role in the planning and execution of theme park projects. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of area development, ensuring that all designs align with the overall theme park vision and meet international standards for safety, functionality, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development and implementation of area designs, ensuring they align with thematic elements and operational efficiency. Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and engineers to create cohesive layouts and immersive environments. Evaluate design packages and provide feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules, ensuring timely delivery of area development tasks. Act as the technical liaison between various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications. Identify potential challenges and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks during the area development process. Ensure that area developments adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Respond to updates in project scope and adapt technical plans accordingly. Maintain awareness of industry trends and innovations related to area development in theme parks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in area development or technical project management in the theme park or entertainment sector. Proven experience in large-scale landscape design and area planning projects. Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience collaborating with diverse teams. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is a plus. Enthusiastic about creating unique, engaging experiences in theme park environments.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
