Sarmad is seeking a Finance Manager to join its insurance startup team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also be responsible for providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements Manage the financial reporting process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Provide financial analysis and support for decision making Manage the budgeting and forecasting process Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field Professional certification such as CMA or CPA is preferred Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Excellent leadership and communication skills Fluency in English and Arabic Saudi nationality is required
