Meditative dance

When was the last time you allowed your body to express itself through movement? When was the last time you let your inner child dance and play? When was the last time you danced simply for the sake of dancing? And how did it feel? Was it a dance filled with resistance against expectations, thoughts, and judgments? What if you danced and shattered every judgment, thought, and story about how you should express yourself? What if you rediscovered your body and allowed it to express itself with complete freedom and authenticity—in a way closer to your true self? What if dance was the magical tool that reconnects you with your body and your inner worlds? What if? From here, I invite you to a mindful dance space, where we will dance, be, and express authentically.
