As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in strengthening client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth. Prospecting and generating new leads. Ensure new businesses from one customers are landed smoothly within Nowlun's operation team Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively. Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding their shipping and logistics needs. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss future goals with clients. Develop and implement account engagement strategies that align with Nowlun's overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to position Nowlun as a leader in digital freight forwarding. Requirements 5+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field). Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
