Description

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers. Develop positive relationship with clients Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments. Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT or relevant field. 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the IT field. Understanding of sales performance metrics
