Chef de Partie (Pastry, Cold, Hot, Prep Sections) Positions Available: 7 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SR 4,000 per month Contract Type: Permanent (Live-In) Start Date: 01 August Job Overview: A vibrant new Mediterranean café concept launching in Riyadh is looking for 7 skilled and motivated Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. We are hiring across Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections, and are seeking culinary professionals with a passion for delivering fresh, flavourful Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed café-style environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage your assigned section independently, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support daily service and smooth operations. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times. Monitor stock levels in your section and communicate effectively to avoid shortages or waste. Contribute to the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes within your specialty. Mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role, preferably within a Mediterranean or modern café-style kitchen. Solid technical knowledge relevant to your section (pastry, cold, hot, or prep). Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a hands-on attitude.
