Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly. Certification in cost engineering (e.g., Certified Cost Professional - CCP) is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of dry utility systems, including electrical, telecommunications, and natural gas utilities. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and various stakeholders to create efficient and sustainable utility designs that align with project goals and regulatory standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Design and develop layouts for dry utilities, including electrical, telecommunications, and gas distribution systems. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents. Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for dry utility installations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in managing and working in Governmental projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and navigating challenges in a dynamic environment.
