Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements during the closeout phase. Prepare and submit final reports to management detailing project outcomes, key metrics, and recommendations for future endeavors. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or construction closeout roles. Proven track record of successfully closing out large-scale projects in the construction or real estate development sector. Strong understanding of contract management, financial analysis, and project closeout processes. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project closeout is an advantage.
