Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and technical engineering within the construction industry. Strong analytical skills, with a solid understanding of cost management and contract administration. Proficient in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contractual documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. The role includes liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to support contractual negotiations and management Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate contractual risks by implementing appropriate measures. Contract Management: Maintain a database of all active contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination as required. Track key contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Provide ongoing support and interpretation of contract terms to stakeholders. Compliance and Legal Adherence: Ensure all contracts comply with applicable local laws and regulations in KSA. Collaborate with the legal team to address disputes or legal matters related to contracts. Stakeholder Coordination: Actasa point of contact for contractual matters between the company, clients, and suppliers. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field. Experience: Minimumof2years of experience in contract administration or a related role. Previous experience in the KSA market is preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law and legal guidelines in KSA. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced LogRhythm SIEM Deployment Engineer to lead or support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of LogRhythm SIEM solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in security operations, log management, and compliance, along with hands-on experience in implementing LogRhythm for clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end deployment of LogRhythm SIEM platform, including planning, architecture design, installation, configuration, and tuning. Integrate log sources from various platforms (Windows, Linux, firewalls, routers, endpoint protection, etc.). Develop custom parsers and log normalization rules. Build correlation rules, alerts, dashboards, and reports based on customer requirements. Conduct use case development, threat detection tuning, and optimization of false positives. Collaborate with SOC teams to ensure effective threat monitoring and incident detection. Document implementation procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting steps. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams or clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, ISO 27001). Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in SIEM deployment and cybersecurity. Proven experience with LogRhythm SIEM deployment in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of log analysis, incident response, and threat detection. Familiarity with log source integration: Windows Event Logs, Syslog, NetFlow, etc. Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, etc.) is an advantage. LogRhythm certifications (e.g., LogRhythm Deployment Fundamentals, LogRhythm Analyst) are a strong plus. Preferred Certifications: LogRhythm Certified Deployment Engineer CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ GIAC (GCIA, GCIH) CEH or equivalent
