JASARA PMC is actively looking for a dynamic and experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our quality assurance and quality control efforts on diverse projects. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality management systems to ensure that all projects meet both internal and external quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to promote a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits, documenting findings, and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers and teams to establish and monitor quality objectives and key performance indicators. Provide training and support to project staff on quality practices and procedures. Analyze quality performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a point of contact for all quality-related matters and represent the organization to external stakeholders as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or engineering sector. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and relevant industry standards. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in quality management software and tools. Certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma will be considered an advantage.
