Job Title: Driver Team Leader Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Department: Logistics / Operations Reporting To: Operations Manager Job Summary: The Driver Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing the team of drivers based in Riyadh. This role ensures the efficient and timely delivery of shipments, oversees driver performance, and ensures operational compliance with company standards and delivery promises. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support the team of drivers in Riyadh. Monitor daily driver activities, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Prepare and submit weekly performance reports on delivery metrics, driver performance, and operational issues. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to plan and assign delivery routes. Address and resolve any delivery delays, driver concerns, or client complaints promptly. Ensure all drivers follow company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers. Maintain up-to-date records of driver attendance, delivery logs, and vehicle usage. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics, transportation, or delivery operations. Valid Saudi driving license (light/heavy, as applicable). Hospitality & Catering ·       Oversee food and beverage services for employees, events, and guest visits. ·       Ensure vendor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. ·       Manage daily catering operations and evaluate service quality and cost-efficiency. 6. Event Support ·       Organize logistics and infrastructure support for internal and external events. ·       Prepare venues, audio-visual systems, furniture, and catering. ·       Coordinate across departments for seamless execution of meetings and functions. 7. Contracts & Vendor Management ·       Draft and review contracts including Scope of Work (SoW), SLAs, and KPIs for all vendors and services. ·       Conduct vendor evaluations and SLA performance reviews regularly. ·       Handle contract renewals, dispute resolution, and compliance tracking. ·       Maintain a vendor database and service history. 8. Governmental Approvals & Licensing ·       Manage application, renewal, and compliance of municipality trade licenses, Civil Defense (CD) approvals, and other statutory certifications. ·       Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, Public Health) to ensure regulatory compliance. ·       Maintain updated documentation, approvals, and legal files required for facility operation. 11.
